Who Am I?

Bradford Bosworth

Brad was born in Akron, Ohio in 1952. At the age of 3 his family moved to Miami, Florida. Formative years were spent in that tropical locale where his time in, on and around the salt waters of the Atlantic Ocean and its offspring bays and canals had great impact on his soul. He found himself landlocked in Chattanooga, Tn. starting in the ninth grade where he attended a private all boys military high school. Providentially, the school is located on the Tennessee river which flowed calmly right outside his dorm window.

He was accepted to the University of Georgia and enrolled for fall of 1970.  His studies in Mass Communication earned him an ABJ Degree with a major in Radio-TV-Film. It was during these college years when he developed his penchant for writing. After graduating he worked in TV Broadcasting as a reporter for an NBC Affiliate in Daytona Beach, Fla.  His proximity to NASCAR Racing led to PR and Marketing positions in the racing industry which took him to Charlotte, NC and Atlanta, Ga.  He has lived in metro Atlanta ever since.  He currently resides with his wife Patti just off the Marietta Square in the shadow of Kennesaw Mountain.

Brad’s career in Journalism/Mass Communication would take a detour in the mid-eighties. But through the years, he would always find himself writing for something or someone.  In 2008 Brad took his last drink and got sober.  As a result of his newfound serenity, he experienced spiritual awakening and renewed his relationship with our Creator.  Brad believes his role in the laity of the Church is to create content which might illuminate the dark places in our upside/down world.
